Product Exchange/Return Policy
- Opening the product will constitute sufficient evidence of use of the product, and its return will not be possible except in cases where it is determined that the product was sold defective.
- The company has the exclusive right to inquire and inspect, including sending the product, prior to replacing it, to the manufacturer in order to examine whether the defect originated in production or was due to use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In the event that the defect is in the manufacturing of the product, it will be replaced with an identical product and, in the event that the product is out of stock, with a product that is close to the properties of the defective product.
- For the avoidance of doubt, no refund will be made. If the customer requests to purchase another product or wait for another product, they will receive a credit voucher.
- In the event that it becomes apparent that the product has been damaged as a result of use that is not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, it will not be replaced under any circumstances.
- Consumable equipment and/or equipment intended for disinfection/heating/cooling or any other product that comes into contact with the body and/or is operated close to the body, will not be returned and/or replaced and/or a transaction canceled under any circumstances.
- According to the Ministry of Health guidelines and the implications thereof, tattoo equipment is sensitive, requiring careful handling on the part of the company. Therefore, the company takes strict precautions with its products and the product return policy is reserved only for cases where the product is sold defective.
- Exchange will only be made upon presentation of a purchase invoice, in a closed package with the original sealing sticker only, provided that the product is not damaged and has not been used.
- The company does not undertake to allow the return of products and to issue a refund or provide a credit voucher in cases where this is not required by law.
