When you use our website, we ask you to provide personal data by creating an account or check-out as a guest on ATS Supply. This data is necessary for processing the order placed and/or using our services. The account will only be approved if it meets our acceptance conditions. This registration is checked manually by ATS Supply. If an account is rejected, the customer data will no longer be stored and will be deleted

When you send us an email or message, you may be asked to provide personal information. This information will only be requested if it is necessary to resolve the relevant questions/complaints. This information will therefore only be used to handle the questions or complaints at that time and for no other purposes.
Personal data – Account:
The customer has access to their account at all times to modify or view it. If the customer no longer wishes to have an account, we will delete it immediately upon request, along with the associated data. The account data will then no longer be stored by us.
Personal data – Third parties:
The data entered by the customer will under no circumstances be shared with third parties that do not contribute to ATS Supply service. We use a courier to ship orders (unless otherwise agreed) and our newsletter program. The newsletter is linked to ATS Supply and the customer will only receive this newsletter if he/she has subscribed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We collect data to gain a better understanding of how customers use our website. This allows us to adapt our website for optimal use. How long do we retain personal data?
Personal data is retained by ATS Supply for as long as the account is active with us. If the customer indicates that his/her ATS Supply account may be deleted, we will delete the account and associated customer data. Orders placed are retained for seven years, as required by law by the tax authorities. After that, this data is destroyed.
