Product Exchange & Return Policy

  1. The company will not allow the return of products after buying them except in cases where the product is damaged.
  2. The opening of the product will be sufficient evidence of the use of the product and it will not be possible to return it except in cases where it turns out that the product was sold defective.
  3. The company has the exclusive right to inquire and check, including sending the product, before replacing it, to the manufacturer in order to examine whether the defect originates in production or is due to use not according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. In case the defect is in the production of the product, it will be replaced with an identical product and in case the product is out of stock, with a product close to the properties of the defective product.
  5. For the avoidance of doubt, no refund will be made. If the customer requests to purchase another product or wait for another product, he will receive a credit voucher.
  6. In the event that it turns out that the product is damaged as a result of use not according to the manufacturer’s instructions, it will not be replaced under any circumstances.
  7. Consumable equipment and/or equipment whose purpose is disinfection/heating/cooling or any other product that comes into contact with the body and/or is operated close to the body, under no circumstances will it be returned and/or exchanged and/or a transaction canceled.
  8. According to the instructions of the Ministry of Health and what is implied in them, tattoo equipment is sensitive which requires careful conduct on the part of the company and therefore the company takes strict caution with its products and the product return policy is reserved only for cases where the product is sold as damaged.
  9. An exchange will be made only upon presentation of a purchase invoice, in a closed package with an original sealing sticker only, provided that the product is not damaged and has not been used.
  10. The company does not undertake to allow the return of products and to make a refund or to provide a credit voucher in cases where this is not required by law.
